David Pinsel was born in Chicago more than 45 years ago, and his career reflects the values and accomplishments of the Chicagoland professionals and families he serves.  He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he received his Bachelor’s degree with honors in 1982 and his law degree in 1985.

David has practiced law for more than 20 years, and has been quoted and featured in national legal magazines.  He is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois and Indiana, as well as in the federal district courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  His training in alternative dispute resolution is a significant advantage for his clients, and he is a certified mediator in the state of Indiana.

David has the professional credentials expected of an experienced litigator.  He is a member of the Illinois State and American Bar Associations, and of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  With his practice focus in the Northwest Suburbs, he is a member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.
